Hi folks

For those that are interested I have created an Excel spreadsheet that you can use to track activities an record your mood, pain and effort. These are then plotted onto a graph. It's very handy for establishing evidence on how you have been for when talking to health professionals as it lets them see the exact course your symptoms have taken rather than relying on comments such as, 'I have been in pain a lot.'

I am happy to provide a copy to whoever wants one. You need Excel or one of the excel compatible packages, such as Open Office, in order to use it.
